Localized Cryotherapy

Cryo Facials and Targeted Cryotherapy

The power of the CO2 micro-crystals at a temperature of -78°C, combined with the speed of the drop in temperature and the vibration created by the jet, generates a high-intensity reaction called: THERMAL SHOCK.


External receptors of the skin are not aware of NCS (NeuroCryoStimulation) signal where as they are normally programmed to react with traditional cold treatment techniques such as ice, sprays or forced air. Accordingly, the autonomic reflex response that forms the basis of the NCS treatment is completely different and a lot more powerful.

Full Body Cryotherapy is a treatment where your body is briefly exposed to extremely cold temperatures—typically between -160°F and -300°F  —for 3 minutes in a special chamber. The goal is to trigger physiological responses that may support recovery, pain relief, mood, and overall well-being.  Full body cryo stimulates the body's natural healing abilities, and uses cold exposures to induce responses on Three Levels:  the Circulatory System, the Energy Meridians and the Nervous System.  


How It Works


  • You step into a cryotherapy chamber wearing minimal clothing (gloves, socks, and undergarments). 


  • Liquid nitrogen or refrigerated cold air cools the chamber rapidly.

Traditional Infrared Heat combined with Mineral Clay Pellets and Heated Crystals

Traditional infrared sauna panels with mineral clay pellets which emit far infrared rays and penetrate through the skin.  This is beneficial for excreting toxins from our bodies.  Other potential benefits include improved circulation, increases metabolism, removes toxic wastes and treats acne scars.


There is also a Jade and Tourmaline Hot Rock Heating system with lavender aromatherapy.  


Temperature between 177°F to 195°F

Once your sauna session is complete take a 3-4 minute dip in our cold plunge tub!  Hot to cold therapies are excellent inflammation, sore muscles, joints and circulation issues.  Take the plunge with us!

Halotherapy Salt Cave

Halotherapy is an alternative treatment that involves breathing salty air. Some claim that it can help respiratory conditions, such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, and allergies. Others suggest it can also:

  • ease smoking related symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, and wheezing
  • help with depression and anxiety
  • improve some skin conditions, such as psoriasis, eczema and acne


Now featuring: Tourmaline and Jade Negative Ions InfraRed Pad heating mats. The power of natural jade has the ability to emit far-infrared waves of 8 -14 micron wavelength.  When the jade is heated, it emits long wave infrared rays that penetrate the body 14-15cm (5.5 to 6 inches). The rays not only benefit the muscle on the surface but all cells including blood vessels, lymph glands and nerves in the deep parts of our body.   


Recommended Attire: We encourage comfortable attire for your visit.  Tank top, T-Shirt, Shorts or other athletic wear is ideal. There are full restroom and changing rooms on site. 

Whole Body Red Light Therapy

 

Redlight therapy is a non-invasive treatment with no required recovery time. Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes. For optimal results, it's recommended to undergo treatment 3-5 times a week for up to 10 weeks, followed by maintenance every few months. You may notice minor results after the first session, with more dramatic improvements occurring with continued treatments.


According to the Journal of Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, red light therapy (RLT) helps rejuvenate the skin by:
